How does one go about buying cell phones in bulk ( say motorolla cell phones) or cell phone kits which can later be assembled? Any information regarding buying cell phones at wholesale priices will be appreciated. (Note: I am trying to find out hoe I can buy sale phones directly from the manufatures skipping the carriers since they are for use outside the us)
