    good luck getting to talk to someone.. I called two weeks ago and sat for 1Hr and then finally gave up. I called back and after 20mins I gave up again.

    I have called them before 3 to 5 times I didn't have to wait more then 10 min. As I understand its the department your trying to contact for that necessary problem you are having. I guess the department section you want to talk to is very busy most of the time. Probably the complains department lol... :D
