I am a wholesaler and supplier of import Jewelry. I have just recently opened an online shop. I want to start drop shipper program let people sell my products and I drop ship to their customer. I just have no clue how to start become a drop shipper and how to let others know I offer drop ship program. I don’t want to charge any membership free.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to become a drop shipper?

There is no formula for being a dropshipper. You just let people know the service is available. You can mention it on your site, and place like here. You can also contact the "dropship sources lists" mentioned here and find others by googling. let them know you dropship and ask them to add your name to their directories.
As far as dropsipping itself, you're just selling wholesale and shipping to someone other than the person who pays you. There are several things you should keep in mind -
First, all billing, shipping labels, etc. should show the name of your customer - not your name. This is a big committment you make to your customer. You will never let your customer's customer know you even exist.
Second, any information you receive from your customer is his, not yours. You have no rights to further contact his customer in your own behalf. This is sacred trust between dropshippers and their customers.
For you to either let my customers know you exist, or contact them in any way in the future, is violating the spirit of dropshipping. Even if you never get another order from me, ever, you have no right to contact my customer directly. This can be hard to do when times get tight and I quit buying, but you need to accept it as part of taking the first order from me.
If you can't abide by these two simple rules, forget dropshipping. You will suddenly see your name up on boards all over the net as someone who can't be trusted.
If you can accept them, and get your name out on the boards and in the directories, I wish you well. -
Thank you for your valuable information.
