It really depends on where you are planning on selling your product. Website, Ebay, Flea Market, etc. Then are you planning on doing it for extra money or trying to make a living. $1,000.00 dollars prob. won't sound like alot of money to alot of people but spent in the right way you can do well....

Try MBk Wholesale, they are a good company with good prices. http://www.mbkwholesale.com

If you are just starting out ... l would stay away from buying just one pallet for now ( people say it is best to buy at least 2 at a time ) ... if you are unlucky and get a bad one ... you have blown your money.

Buying new is a safer game when you are starting out.

    Good Luck.

Definitely buy new, don't buy anything but new if you are starting out, especially with $1,000. If you want, you can buy new closeouts. I have done that and it has worked out OK. Also, closeouts are not shelf pulls in my opinion, they are excess unsold manufacture inventory that never made it to the retail store and should be new in the box, with a warranty and everything. If it isn't, I would avoid those closeout items as well.
