Has anyone delt with Videogames4u.theshoppe.com? They claim to have Region 1 New Releases for 9.75 in lots of 100. They take CC so there is some protection.

I would be very careful.
1. Not their own domain name. Their store is hosted through Bizhosting.com. This makes it easy to set-up a store. Collect some $$$ and run.
2. $9.75 for new release.......Nope!!... Between my video stores and the others in my area, we purchase in quantities upwards of 2500-5000 per week depending on the title. We have only one more discount quantity tier before we get the price down to $14.87.
3. Why sell your wholesale list if your making good money selling your products?
There are a few more red flags, but let's just say no. -
If they had legit region 1 movies for that cheap, they wouldn't be selling a wholesale list for $10 telling you where to get them from. It really sounds silly.
On the other side, I know people who have ordered from them and have received legit R1 with all the security seals etc. HOWEVER, they may be sending legit stuff for the small orders, then sending garbage (imports) out when you order enough to get the discounted $9.75 price.
But the site itself looks like every other import/scam sourcelist site on the 'net. If they were legit, I'd certainly wouldn't be selling a $10 cheap list.
