Hi All, I'm new to your forum. I made an observation and felt I should post it. This is in regards to the website http://www.onedvdsource.com. I believe they have a new site up.
It think it's: http://www.dvdunderground.com
My reasoning being, the contact info is Brandon (509) 954-6336. On the site onedvdsource on their contact they had 3 names there. Marty Russell, whom I ordered from recently and have just found out his site is gone! Skyler Jones and a one BRANDON! Maybe I'm being paranoid. If I am I apologize. But the same name and same area code?
The info I had on onedvdsource was: Marty Russell, 1015 E. Cozza Dr. #53 Spokane, Wa 99208 (509) 251-8305. and he was e-mailing me under Skyler Jones marty4real@yahoo.com, skyler@onedvdsource.com and onedvdsource@yahoo.com.
If I'm wrong, and this website is legit I apologize now! But if it's not....I just wanted to save some honest person some heartache.

And yes http://www.dvdunderground.com/ site seems to sell fake CD's. The name says it all! Although they claim they do not sell bootleg. But hey... they are pirates!! So what's the big deal!
This is their part of FAQ
"Q. What Region are your dvds? Are they exactly like the ones in the stores? Are they factory sealed?
A. We carry Region 1 and Region ALL DVDS. Our Region 1 dvds are exactly the same as the ones in the stores, there are no differences. our Region ALL dvds are cheaper because they are purchased from overseas. There are a few differences sometimes, such as different english artwork cover, or sometimes there will be no inserts. other then that there are no differences in the region all."
What is this??? Why not they say they we carry copies and stop there! About the few differences - It's the quality in sound and picture. And after all- it a fake copy, purchased from Far East for a mere US$ 1.00 each and make big bucks. Where is the FBI?? Come on wake up!

90% of the people on this forum are only interested in getting DVDs cheap. They could careless about what is legal and what isn't.
They will find out the hard way when their auctions start getting pulled from eBay.
I am now a licensed distributer. I will shut ALL these scams down. It is my "calling".

Ok, to the person who asked if I got my order from the dvd scammers aka marty, brandon, skyler AKA lying scheming @$#! yadda yadda.... Nope, I didn't receive my order from them since They closed the website I knew them under I came back to this site to find them again. Then I found out by spending a very long night in this forum what a putz those guys are so I cancelled the check I mailed those guys. Funny they never e-mailed me or called me asking why I canceled my check. I would have LOVED to give them a piece of my mind but.... *sighs*
Anyways... Question for Neon, digital and Sunhobo and any other mediators/monitors of this site.... I did a search for wholesale dvd's on your site and was just curious as to WHY you haven't removed the http://www.dvdunderground.com dudes when it's obvious they are bottom-dwellers? Why not ban them like neon did to the INeedDVDS dude? I mean, honest people come here looking for help and such and do a search on your site and then you wonder why we deal with these people? It is not really forum policy to ban companies from advertising unless they specifically violate a forum rule. Personally (I can't speak for all of Wholesale411) encourage all companies to list here. That way members of this forum can provide feedback on the companies. If you read thru the forum, all scammers are eventually called out for what they are. The discount dudes change names and websites more often than I change underwear. We depend on forum members to keep everyone informed.
Wholesale411 provides a great service letting wholesalers advertise and make themselves available to buyers. But moderators and admins are not experts in every product area. That is why we encourage buyers to utilize this forum to gain background and input on wholesalers.
It would be impossible for Wholesale411 as an entity to sort thru all the scammers. Besides, even if Wholesale411 had the interest and man power to do this, it would defeat the purpose of the forum. Most of the advertisers on Wholesale411 are legit. If Wholesale411 banned an advertiser because of possible fraud, then people would only be aware of that company from another venue (like a search engine) and would have nowhere to go for feedback. Personally, I think Wholseale411 (the search portion) should let anyone that wants advertise. It is then much easier for Wholesale4um to provide a feedback area and keep these frauds on the radar.
I am one of the few mods or admins here that actually sells and distributes DVD's so I have kind of taken on the role of DVD expert. Wholesale411 has no official position on DVDs or any other product. Wholesale411 simply exists to provide a forum for wholesalers and buyers. The comments and info I provide on DVDs is in the capacity of a forum member just like everyone else. My responsibility as a moderator is just to make sure the forum runs smoothly and post go where they belong.
INeedDvds wasn't banned for being a scam business or anything like that. He was banned for violating forum rules concerning language and disrespect of fellow board members.
I encourage everyone's ideas and respectful debate. That makes the forum interesting and valuable. Just going off and calling someone a bunch of names isn't productive for anyone.

Region 1 discs that he sells are exactly the same as in the best buys,walmarts, etc. I am a huge liquidator based in the East Coast
should I believe him?
Why go through all the trouble to Bull S**t ?

I have ordered 50 DVDs from dvdunderground.com I have not recieved them yet, it has been 2 weeks since Brandon Jones recieved my payment. Did anyone order from http://www.dvdunderground.com pay for the DVDs and not receive your DVDs? If you haven't and he is a scam or if you know he is a scam please E-mail me. If he is a scam I am thinking about getting a bunch of people togethor that he scammed and have us take action. Whether we can hire a lawyer or find a way to get our money back. I ordered from him to, and sent him a money order. I am very nervous if he will send me my DVDs or not. I can't get my money back. He received my payment 2 weeks ago today. HIS WEBSITE IS GONE!! I hope he didn't scam me. When did you pay him for your DVDs?? please tell me if you receive them. Thanks

I do have family in the Spokane area, and also I live in Seattle which is around a 5 hr drive.
I will be heading down there during the holiday season and most likely check into them for you if I have all the information on them.

Get these scammers out of here. I will be honest with everyone when I started selling dvd movies I was trying to sell them in this forum I didnt even know the difference between imports and region 1 untill I found out in this forum that I was selling imports, and I stoped making orders for these dvd movies and had reported the supplier.

Any supplier will give you references and if you check them out, they will show up good but sometimes they won't. I spoke with brandon and he gave me resources of Marty Russell and thanks to this forum and Rip-offReport.com I was able to avoid that transaction. He answered his phone saying "what's up" which was a red flag and also said he was in class. so be careful and lets keep the honest people honest. I know someone who was ripped off so I am having them place an ordinance against them but it is almost impossible to do so.
