I ordered some dvds back in the first week of august, no dvds, i was promised a refund, no refund, I was sent someone else's comfirmation. I have sent almost 200 e-mails, they ask me the same question over and over, what is the order number and telling me , all bunch of lies. Now no e-mail responses, the worst custoemr service, I will also post the e-mail communications here tommorow.

In the last few months a lot of people have been discussing this supplier. Did any of you that went ahead and ordered get anything? If not you may want to get together and file a joint complaint. There is strength in numbers. Internet fraud is federal, but start with your local police.

Yeah I have seen complaints about these guys on this board before yet people keep ordering from them for some reason.

I got my dvds from them. They were IMPORTS, illegal, etc. Do not purchase from them; I know I won't....

How come discountdudes.com bizrate rating is still so high. That's why alot of ppl still people get in.

Fraud sales is like a game to these crooks they would count how many people will fall into their company after several people left many feedbacks about them. A suggestions to everyone and anyone check feedback from any source and see what typr of business they are. If your order was imports report to the authorities that you were sent imports that is a crime and I think you should get your money back if you received any imports. Just my toughts on frauds
