Is Dropshipping.net a good deal at $39.95 to join? Or do they just offer above wholesale prices that you can find elsewhere?
I am looking for a good dropshipper for BRAND NAME products. Keep in mind that EBAY is my selling method. I am looking for products I can sell for about a $3-10 profit per piece.
I already have looked at hotbuy4u.com and they have a few good deals but I wanted to know if anybody knows of any other good suppliers that dropship.

If you have to pay a fee to use a dropship services this usually means their prices are so bad they rely on your membership to make their money.
A true wholesale dropship service will charge you no fees.
There are tons of dropship services out there, and I am sure members will post a few here for you.
While I have not purchased from this company since I don't use dropshippping or have a need for the products they sell, I can assure you (judging by the helpfulness of this persons post to this forum) they offer great customer service:

While I haven't used their dropship service (you need to call them toll free for info on it) I have heard nothing but great customer service feedback for:

My experiences with dropshipping arent good. I have realized that the only people getting rich from dropshipping are the wholesalers offering the dropshipping to begin with, UPS, FedEx, and the USPS.
Selling on eBay is even worse as you then have to compete with thousands of other people selling the same exact items as you are, who are also dropshipping. The fees will kill any chance you have at making a profit.
Dropshipping is a nice way to quickly populate an Ecommerce site, but you'll never turn a great profit doing it. My best advice is to own what you sell, and sell what you own. This will greatly increase your customer service skills and your sales alike. It's an absolute mess when something doesnt get shipped, gets destroyed in transit, or the customer receives the wrong order. The end buyer is going to complain to you, then you'll have to complain to the dropshipper, and back down the chain. It's a real pain in the !@#$ and simply not worth all the troubles for the marginal (if any) profit made.
I have been selling on the 'net for the past 5+ years and have yet to see any real benefit from dropshipping in general. If dropshipping was the answer to all of our financial wellbeing we'd all be dropshippers. Unfortunately it's not that easy, and never will be.
Own what you sell, and sell what you own.
