I have been dealing with computers for the past 10 years of my life, so perhaps my view is prejudiced slightly... but.. --
... is it really that hard to record a .wav file and upload it to your website? Isnt that essentially what his software does?
Have webmasters become entirely illiterate to simply HTML programming?

Good point Benjamin-But what about those who do not have the experience,knowledge or time to create a .wav file. (this system uses Flash Audio to create the message) I have (some) experience and could certainly create a file,html code then create the audio button. But time is money--It took me less than 3 minutes to create the message-copy the html code (automatically generated) then post on my web site. Thanks for the reply.

Although have audio on your website can provide some benefits, I found that it is not as effective as I originally had thought.
Most site visitors generally spend very little time on a particular page, and to have an audio file play and play and play is a bit annoying. If you do offer audio, please make it short and to the point for the visitor's sake.
Also, it should provide content that is different from what the visitor can find on the page so as to entice him/her to listen. -
usually shoppers or visitors dont worry about audio that is just another way of time and money that can be wasted
