Region 1 Dvds

    I got excited last night when I found a website where I was able to get Region 1 new release dvds for as low as $11.01 including shipping (for a 50 dvd lot order). Than I researched the recent titles on eBay, and saw them selling for $6-$13.
    If they sell for that low, how can someone be making any profit?
    I'm pretty sure there is a way to get the dvds cheaper, but how?
    What was the lowest price for a new legit US release dvd you guys saw?

    You are supposed to pay for these sources but somehow I was able to get to the sources page without paying. I think they need to get a little help with their website.

    It is VERY difficult to find a source for DVDs and still be able to sell them on eBay for a profit. I've heard that new releases like Gangs of NY, Shanghi Knights would be sold for $10 to the bigger eBay sellers. Remember, these guys aren't interested in making a lot per DVD. It's the volume of them that they sell. I doubt profit is more than $2 per disk that they sell.

    What titles can you get for $11.01? That's really not too bad if they are new.

    Distributors like Ingram, who is the largest, sell titles for more than you can get at your local Wal-Mart off the street.

    The reason that the dvd movies sell for 10.00 its because that they are imported which they are consider bootleg but with perfect quality no glitches or anything just perfect trust me Ive sold like 100 a week before

    I suggest if you do decide to sell 'imports' that you state they are imports and not region 1.
