Anyone know how to go about getting a dealer license?

Im not sure if this is the sort of wholesaling usually discussed in this forum. I am looking to get a dealer license. Does anyone know the legal procedure in getting one and how to go about obtaining it. Another thing is does anyone know about how much it is to obtain one and how many dealer plates do u get with the license. From wut i have heard its 10G s for the license and u get 5 plates with it. If anyone has any info it would be appreciated.
