Dear people,



It's now been ober a month that i'm looking over and over after brands clouthoing. Even bought some shirts, At first i thought i know what is fake and what is original, but now i'm totally confused.

I've been look out for RL polo and had some of those shirts from India supplier that bought from the factories, there were some problems with the sewing but nothing very wrong, as claim i got that those are shirts from seson that have passed or shirts that from lillte sewing reason havent bought by POLO company, and that is a reasonable answer tho there are always shirts in factories that from sewing problem are not bought and insted of destroing them they sell them in low prices.



For every body in this forum ,other forums, ebay stores and even some shops in my country no one have paperworks, and still they are selling and alot, and i'm sure the POLO company aware to all the sellers atleast on Ebay and all over the net.



So from what i can see there is two conclotions:

1. The only way to prove authentic product is by examine it, because no one sell with paperworks and POLO company aware to it and doing nothing like i will explain latter.



2. If the only authentic shirts prices are like in the POLO site or in it official shops so every other internet or non offical RL shop sell fakes!!! So there is no such thing as wholesallers even tho some of them have very knonw sites.



Take a look on Ambrecombie company they have a free phone number to report on fakes. And they say that authentic product is only from thier site or thier offical shops, and if you know about other seller so notify them and they will sue it.

Now this is a prove to authenticy when a company wont allow any forigen to sell thier products. Look at Ebay for example that have 90% fake POLO RL and 10% fake ambrecombie.



Now for POLO if the company aware about all the unoffial suppliers and doing nothing like her competitor is doing so:

1. They dont care and anyone call sell whatever he wants.

2. All products are authentic by examine them to details.

3.If some one or factory sold you products with invoce that in it writen that you bought RL products and the price near to it, so it is authentic.



In this forum people examine the authenticy of the shirts by having pictures, everybody know that even if it is fake you cannot claim that if it is good one, so how can you know that you are selling or buying authentic shirts???

1. from factory or person invoice?

2. Because seller told you so?

3. Because of the sellers reputation?



And lets say you are now in court of suspect of selling fake products, on what can they sue you if they are not eliminate the known to all sources you bought from.

And how can they sue you if you asked them for help and for authentic sources to buy from in good prices like OUTLET stores in the US have, and the answer you got from them was to buy in the offical store, but if i'm buying there how can i sell???



I want to hear your answer to my opinion and to hear from you about what you think i can do when i want to sell those products.
