Can't contact Supplier - Creative-Carats-Jewelry

I have a store http://www.thegemlovers.com. My main supplier is Creative-Carats-Jewelry. Unfortunately they have not answered any of my emails since July & have not shipped my order from late October. Has anyone had contact with them recently. Also their site does not list a phone number, though I have an old one 719 380 1559. They are located in Colorado & also I think New Jersey. I am in Australia, I would appreciate any help someone could give me. I had to cancel Xmas advertising for my store because I'm not sure it I can supply goods or not.
