How to build up a website with shopping cart for wholesale

    I would like to do wholesale business. First of all, I need to have a website to do it.
    I hope someone can tell me which shopping cart program is easy to do storefront control base on low price or free.
    I know how to use Dreamweaver but don't have knowledge writing shopping cart program.
