    hi, if the buyer initials a refund..
    paypal will refund the money from my paypal acc?
    what if my paypal acc has no money..
    will they get the money from my bank acc??

    no, they will attempt to draw the money from your balance, which will in turn set your account in the red. If you don't get it out of the red, they will eventually send you to a collections agency.

    I believe PayPal will give you a chance to respond with online tracking with the proof of delivery confirmation.

    Hopefully you shipped to the confirmed address.
