Hello,everyone.

This is a chinese guy,named jacky. I want to sell my logo pen to other countries.
US is my main market.So i want to improve my business.but need any help for any good idea.
I want to know any informations. there are also many questions, such as:

How to build a company in the USA ? is it easy or very difficult for chinese people to do?
Can i just make an office there.or rent a warehouse there? which do you thinking the better ways.
And also, I want to know How much it will be cost? how much abt the tax? Is it very high?
anyone who can help me to answer these questiones! Thanks very much!!

Thank you for your reply,

First, I can sell the pens directly market in the USA, i can sell more lower price than the local USA store.
Because the local USA store ,there are import pens from the US importer company, The importer company buy many Products from china. always use container. they ask chinese give cheapest price.and sell highest price in USA.

As you know. Many importers, they thinking chinese products should be cheaper.So they make price lower and lower.
Chinese people work so hard,but they just get a little money. We do not like to be the world factory.we lost many things.

So if i not only sell my pen to the importers,I aslo sell directly to the USA store. make it in a
small M.O.Q,and have ready stock. I rent a warehouse there,ask somebody to deliver,
So can sell in more high price.but still cheaper than the local USA pen store.

Also, If i sell my pen.or make my pen store in the USA, use my "logo pen" as a brand name,So people will know me
fast.it will be seems great advertising on oversea!
