Hi there, I have the same problem all the time except the goods are going in the other direction, Canada to the US.

I am assuming that you are shipping your goods to the buyers on your own account.

Simply check the box on the waybill where it states extra charges ( Customs, etc ) are to be paid by the buyer.

What will happen is UPS will make the buyer pay for the fee's before they release the goods.

If you can use another carrier other than UPS your buyers will probably be alot happier up here in Canada as the extra Charges imposed by UPS are extreme.

DHL and Fedex will be far more buyer friendly to your Canadian buyers.

Hope my 2cents can help you out.

    Regards
