Hey guys. No vero at this point, but a company I sell some items from recently joined vero and I just want to cover my bases beforehand. The only thing that concerns me in their listing is this:
"Item is offered as new by a seller located in the United States or abroad, but the seller is not an authorized "Company X" Dealer"
I buy liquidation/overstocks/old models from big box stores so without a doubt the items (electronics) are authentic. Unless Circuit City is also selling fakes

I am not using any of their pictures, I take my own. I am not using any of their descriptions aside from basic color info (violet, yellow, blue, etc). Not even really listing any specs pretty basic cut and dry items. Not claiming that it comes with the normal warranty. Basically only using their name to describe the item in the title as that is what it is. But reading the statement above, it would seem as if I can't sell these items regardless because I am not an authorized dealer. Like I said no issues yet and I will definately be very selective about how I word anything, etc, but any tips for me? Can I really be not allowed to sell authentic items just because I don't have a contract with them? Doesn't seem right I hope I don't get stuck with all this old stock.. Thanks for any info!
