hello guys, i am new to this clothing business, lookin to get some candace jackets from surespeedy, just want to confirm that her items are authentic OEM. Any comments?
-
I just place my first order with her. I am expecting it next week, but if you do a search of the forum she has great feedback.
I can say that Eunice has been very responsive to my never ending emails
Hope that helps -
Eunice has been great to work with. My order was shipped immediately and came within less than a week. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the garment as well...
-
my experience was very helpful but lots of complaints that product was not authentic
-
I know somebodt who ordered jackets that were supposed to be down filled, one of them tore and it turned out to have a cheap poly fill.
-
That's exactly the point why I'm so curious, it's like a lot of people doing business with Eunice, but just a few are giving feedback.
-
I think the problem is that most people don't take the time to compare the items they get with authentic from the store. And most customers don't know the difference. The items I saw from her were grade a replica, but when compared to the store items there were differences. And the "made for another market" excuse doesn't work with A&F because they are only made for one market.

At least she doesn't lie and claim the stuff is Authentic. I wanted to purchase some jackets from her ahwile ago and asked her straight out if the items were authentic. She replied that they come from the OEM.....never answering the authenticity questions straight out, but , after a couple of more inquiries she did say that the items may have differences in material , stitching etc. I did appreciate the fact that I wasn't told that they are 100% guaranteed authentic. I asked for a refund and she sent my money back right away.

I have purchased items from this person (Abercrombie Britan Bomber Jackets). I was told they were authentic factory overruns, produced for the actual brand (This was my first wholesale order ever and I bought them before I knew what I was actually doing). They came and were horribly fake!!! As mentioned before they were supposed to be down filled and they were poly filled. Cheap materials...horrible stictching...many damaged...all the white ones had stains..looked nothing like to original. So obviously fake. They were unsellable due to the obvious fakeness and I lost $1600.00. So please know that if you are buying from this seller that they are FAKE. I would NEVER deal with them again.

Despite SureSpeed advertising regularly in the For Sale section there has been no comment from him/her in thsi thread!?!?

Obviously they must not disagree with the conclusions of this thread then or they would come forward and say their piece.
(Or could post 3 just possibly be surespeed, I have read comments of that description so many times where Surespeed is concerned, see below)

Thanks Art for clarifying that we do not post positive feedbacks for ourselves by registering new nick.
Sweet20, do you mind telling me your name so that I can check our records? It would greatly help in refreshing me of what was the deal about cause I couldnt find any records with your just nick. If you wish, you can pm me as well or just send me an email if you dont wish to disclose your name here.
Our goods are from the OEM factories. However, it does not mean that they are 100% guaranteed authentic to me since I am sure everyone knows that only paperworks can justify that and we cannot provide that unless buyers are willing to pay very high price for them. Thats why we have never guarantee authenticity in our advertisement nor use that as our selling point. We simply point out that all our goods are from the OEM factories. However, sometimes we do encounter quality issue for some of the items as the factories may decide to reduce the quality of the goods to reduce their cost and increase their profits instead of delivering what they have promised us. Therefore, I wouldn't dare to say we are 100% free of product quality issue. However, when issues such as this happen, we will work together with our customers to find the best solution we can so that all of us are agreeable at the end of the day. I believe thats the reason why we are still around today. But yet like every other business, we cannot please 100/100 people. Otherwise, there wouldn't be this tread here today.
So sweet20, please contact me soon will you so that I know what we have gone wrong?
Many thanks,

I really don't wish to disclose my real name and I do not wish to get into a debate with you over who is right or wrong. The fact is that I purchased $1600 worth of Abercrombie Brittan Bombers from you about 3 to 4 months ago. I purchased them from Eunice off of iOffer. I paid through Paypal. This is the same nickname I had used on iOffer so that may help you. The fact continues to be that they were fake after you told me they were authentic OEM from a factory. These were nothing like the original merchandise. And not just slightly off...they were horrible, horrible replicas. Nothing was remotely alike. The colors were wrong, they were stained, they had messed up stitching, the fur on the hoods was thin and brown (was supposed to be thick and gray!!). I could not sell these since I am not willing to go to jail. I actually donated them between the salvation army, the Hurricane Katrina relief and I just got rid of the rest with through the kids Christmas donation (I removed all Abercrombie names and logos...I'm not wonderful). I just think it is bad business to sell fake merchandise and pawn it off as OEM. It was my first purchase wholesale and it really burned me. Again I have no reason to email you. What would you be willing to do?? I don't want a credit to buy more fake merchandise. And I had emailled you when this first occurred and I never recieved a response back. Yet I still get your junk spam emails trying to sell me more products.....

If you call your goods Abercrombie and use Abercrombie stock photographs then that is what your buyers pay you for 100% Abercrombie, that IS what you are advertising doesn't matter one iota that you don't state in your ads that they are 100% guaranteed authentic by using the brand name and photograph you are implying that that the goods are authentic what else can they be?
As for the statement that the factories reduce the quality of their goods I find that totally ridiculous and an insult to the intelligence of the forum members. Gobbledegook for fake IMO.
There only appears to be one solution to your problem with Sweet20 a refund are you prepared to go that far? -
I just wanted to say that since I came forward on the board that the seller surespeed and I have worked everything out. There was obviously some miscommunication and an email that wasn't recieved. But as soon as they learned of the problem they were quick to take care of it. They are extremely honest and extremely polite. I thank them immensely. They are truly the most honest seller I have come upon yet
Thank you so much for everything

Glad to hear it that can only be taken as a plus for surespeed.

I purchased some A&F jackets back in December and received them promptly. However, they are extremely BAD fakes!!! Hoping that I could get a refund, as some of you here on this forum got, I ask her to take the jackets back. She kept telling me for over 2 months that she would. It has now been almost 3 months since I bought them and still no refund.
I saw that she has some other A&F stuff on sale on this and other wholesale forums and just wanted to warn everybody! DO NOT BUY from her!! She uses stock photos, but once you receive the products they will more or less fall apart and you might as well throw them away!
If any of you have had any luck getting your money back from her, please let me know how you did it!!!
AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM EUNICE, HER A&F PRODUCTS ARE COUNTERFEIT FROM CHINA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
