    Contact Apple, Sony and Microsoft directly.

    With those quantities, you can get direct accounts and not have to deal with any middle men.

    Apple you only need $100,000 per year and with selling IPODS only, I don't think you need to have a factory trained tech.

    I've heard that you only need to buy 10,000 units to get a contract with Microsoft.

    Sony I haven't checked into.

    Creating a business is easy. If that's all you are worried about, then just create an LLC and then you would be able to write a ton of stuff off and make more in the long run instead of paying full taxes on everything.

    If you're afraid that you'll need a brick and mortar store to do business with them directly, then call them up and see.

    1. Buyer provides an ICPO/PO
    2. Seller provides PI
    3. Buyer proceeds with personal or third party inspection,e.g,SGS
