I would highly suggest that anyone considering to do business with tiffany be very careful
I sent a payment of $2600 for some items on wensday
they were to be shipped on friday
She has not communicated since payment has been rec'd
A chargeback is pending with paypal
If anyone has her contact info it would be greatly appreciated

A lesson learned..never buy from ANYONE who doesn't make their contact info readily available.

her contact info/ address was on the site when i paid
she took it off the day after i paid -
When I clicked the cart button on the site it said her store was closed but to send email to this address

i just checked her site to see if she was legit -
I have rec'd a usps tracking number
which indicates they have no info on the package
She prolly shipped the package today, after receiving a word from paypal
I will keep everyone updated on the status

first she didnt ship when she said she would
2nd she ignored all pms
3rd she rmeoved contact info from her website
4th i called her today
when she found out who it was she hung up without another word
5th the tracking number she provided paypal with(upon my complaint)
was via usps, not our agreed upon shipping method, i will change my feedback slightly assuming transaction goes through

Just my 2 cents.... I think that the gun was jumped by placing fraud complaints with paypal just 2 days after payment was made. You have upto 30 days to file a complaint with paypal, and as a matter of fact paypal will not even deal with this issue only after 2 days as you have to wait a total of 7 days after the payment. All that being said im not saying that you might not have been screwed by this seller, just think you could have been a bit more patient then just 2 days.
I know that there is a lot of parania out there but we have to exercise a bit of patience before pointing the barrel of a gun at someones head. -

2 days after payment he filed he got his money back through paypal, so I stopped shipment on the ipods, you are not pulling a fast one on me. I just thank god he didn't get them yet. as far as when you called me the other day, you called my cell and blocked your number so I did not have a number to call you back and yes I do have crappy reception, so no I did not hang up on you at all. you have your money back from paypal I am getting my ipods back and no deals. I am not dealing with someone who tries to cheat and file a claim 2 days after payment. and another thing I also told you I was taking my kids to six flags over the weekend so when I got back I saw you filed a claim and called usps immediately. also I am in the process of shutting my website down, to expensive. so that had nothing to do with you.

Honesty is my only policy, something the other members will learn as i do more business with folks on the forums
I will update all when this has been resolved
i can add a screenshot of my paypal complaint if anyone really needs to verify what i say

I dont have anything to do with this particular issue, but I can tell you from experience that if you shipped via USPS and they already had your package, then there is NO WAY you contacted them to get your merchandise back. They just don't do that. I had someone do a chargeback the day after I shipped some items and USPS will not stop your package and return it to you

If you filed a complaint with paypal you are going to have to wait until they release the money back to you.
I don’t know about this particular order but you can get a package redirected. It is a process but it can be done. You have to find out what post office it will hit next and call that post office (in time) and they can have the package re-directed. It’s a real pain, but I have done it. -
Wow, I did that and the postmaster at the next next post office informed me that they couldn't do it. Maybe it just depends on where it is?

Oh yeah, at first they told me no too but I kept calling an telling them that I placed the wrong address on it and had to have it redirected back to me. I finally reached someone on the phone that told me it could be done but they don’t like to do it.

this randy guy is nothing but a cheat, the money has been taken from my account and paypal has your money so call them to release it. But yes the money has been sent back.

I emailed the warehouse for the serials and model #'s and thats what they gave me.
The warehouse is about 45 miles from me if I need to I can run up there but I cannot go until this coming monday because me and my family are going out of town for the weekend. (taking the kids to six flags)
but we do have these in stock for you we also have the others in stock as well. it could have been they picked up the wrong box.

yes sure I said that but as you know things do come up and sometimes cannot ship the exact day. the package went out that saturday from the warehouse usually I send out myself but a situation arose and could not ship friday, but does that mean you have to go straight to paypal and file a complaint 2 days after payment??? jumping the gun huh???? YES!!
I am a very professional person and I take pride in the items I sell and how I run my business so we could go back and forth about this forever but I know I am right and I know I am a good seller.

you were unable to fulfill your commitment on time
i should have been notified on monday when you reached the office
if you cancelled the shipment you should have notified paypal of the same
instead of providing them with a tracking number
I have no desire to argue with you
its pointless
i am just hoping to get my money back

This has been going on since Oct 4. PayPal should have released the money by now. I agree that nothing more needs to be said, I will leave the thread open so we can see the resolution.
This is an example of miscommunications. Both sides could have handled things different, but I am willing to wait for confirmation that the money has been returned and this will be locked. -
well that is something he needs to deal with paypal about because they have already taken it out of my account.

sounds to me like they are keeping your money, you need to call them and complain because it was taken out of my account.
go to http://www.paypalsucks.com and read the horror stories there.
but YES it was taken out as you can see in the above post so call them there is nothing I can do any firther because I dont have your money. -
