ANYONE THINK HE REAL OR SCAMMING ME OR WHAT..WHAT DOES EVERYONE THINK OF THIS??????

    dear ebay seller
    hi,
my name is matt, i work for Abercrombie and fitch i purchased your item due to high volume of fraud with in our products the reasn i bought this item from you is because we are cunducting investigations against people who make and sell Fake,Bootleg items We as a company dont not stand for this and will take all messures to put a stop to this activity, so in regaurds to the item/items i bought from you if any are fake or not authentic a claim will be filled and paypal will be informed of this plus if no payment is recived with in 48hours we will file to the IFCC / FBI for further investigations so eventualy you will and can be caught, so i am writeing this in regaurds to the item/ items i bought from your ebay listings, so tyo save time and trouble if you know the product is fake send me full refund of the purchase price and :do the right thing! if your item i purchased from you is real from Abercrombie, please ignore this email, and i am sorry to waste your time,

Its a complete fake, but I can see how some people may fall for it.

If it was genuine, their primary concern would be if the items are fake or not. Given this, they would "clamp down" on you regardless of whether or not you issued a refund to them.

I would send some abuse back to this guy. As I'm new to this forum, are you allowed to name and shame his Ebay user ID? Just thinking it might be helpful to warn others if he tries the same trick with anybody else?
