Can anyone give me an idea some fast moving items that I can list on my site?
I have a wide variety of items that I can list. I am just at a loss at what is hot at the moment.
    Any input would help. Thanks
This what I have so far.

Well first your website is almost identical to 1,000,000 other oscommerce shopping cart websites besides your logo, and that doesn't match the website.

You really do not need a FAST MOVING product to sell, you need a good website, with good content, and good marketing. Once that is in motion, it will be easy to sell items, even items such as a sling shot, or gag items.

We recently sold http://www.kipswholesale.com on eBay, the design wasn't oscommerce, and the shopping cart was already built. Those products on that site sold very well. Now do 1000's of other websites sell these products? YES! But the difference was advertising, and a good layout.

It is important that you think about products that everyone else is not selling. The common mistake online is that sellers are trying to find items that everyone else is selling, just at a cheaper price. Which basically means no one will make any money. Think about the demographics of the customer that you want, then think about what they would purchase.

Example we wholesale music cds, and most of the time a new online buyer or flea marketer contacts us they are interested in New/Newer Rap/Rock etc. However Rap and Rock are HORRIBLE sellers online and in flea markets. The people that purchase music cds online are usually not very young, and they are usually looking for items that are more rare or older titles. The people that purchase music at flea markets would buy Rap and Rock if you could sell them cheap enough to compete with the bootleggers. We usually suggest if you are selling music or any other product think of the more mature customer 30 years old and up. So in our case that would be customers that would purchase jazz/blues, rock and roll, soul/disco, country/folk, christian/gospel, karaoke, etc.

Think about it, when was the last time you seen a commercial on tv selling Rap or Rock Artist? When was the last time you seen a commercial on tv selling older artist? I see commercials selling older artist just about everyday, and I know they are not just doing it just for kicks, they are doing it to make money. Of course you still need to offer QUALITY products.

This applies to many products, not just music. The next time you think about products to offer those young people, maybe take some time thinking about some products to offer us mature and older folks! We have more money, and we are not as likely to get into fads.

In my opinion, you can make any item sell as long as you have good marketing.

As far as I am concerned that you should sell unique and new products of each society period . For this period , for electronics ,MP4 players ,X-BOX360..etc. very hot selling items now. Except this , you have to do some research on what kind of fashion is popular in your society before you decide to invest some bucks in this products here. Lastly , marketing skills needed .

I am new to all of this ecommerce selling but we are a legitimate wholesaler.

We have been in business over 50 years and have always sold to the INDEPENDENT
PAINT OR HARDWARE STORE. In the last several years as the big box retailers have moved into our area, they have driven our customer out of business.

We are stocking more than 5,000 items from 70 name brand companies such as 3M,
Wooster Brush, PurdyBrush, all types of tools and supplies for both the professional
    painting contractor or the homeowner.

Most items found in any retail paint store can now be purchased from us at the true wholesale price. For instance, We have brushes from 20 cents to $20.00.

We would be happy to set up an account with you or anyone else to market our products.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. http://www.patrick@see-bee.com

In spite of my earlier post in September, we have found that informational products sell the most on ebay. No need to dropship. Just find a lot of resell rights, and your on your way to making a full time income.

Yeah, well as of now, that web-site it says: "the account has been suspended".

With all these fly-by-nite operators, just wondering how anybody is making
a living selling on the web.

This is why we stick with non-web wholesalers, retailers, etc.

we were previous owners of http://www.kipswholesale.com, and sold it. I guess the owners were either competition and bought it to remove it from the market, or were not very successful in marketing the website.
