mywebwholesaler Lacoste

    Did any purchase the Lacoste shirts mywebwholesaler was offering late june/early july?
    I paid via credit card June 29th and they notified me 2 or 3 times during the past month that they would be shipping shortly. Tuesday I got a call from them that they were out and they tried to sell me something else (even though I had paid for the Lacoste shirts almost 1 month ago). I have now requested a refund. Hopefully they will refund it fast, but I am wondering if anyone else had a similiar problem. I am at least thankful I paid via credit card so I can dispute the charge if they don't issue the refund.
    Did anyone who ordered actually get the Lacoste shirts?

    I'm 100% sure you'll get your refund. Problems do arise though sometimes, just have to be patient.

    Hello,

    I think I know who the above poster is but not 100% sure. :)

    We did call a handful of customers on Tuesday to inform them that we ran short and are waiting for more to arrive. In the meantime we offered everyone replacement product below cost, the option to wait, or an immediate refund. Anyone that requested a refund was refunded.

    I apologize for the error with your order, however we are not perfect and this does happen from time to time.

    Just to follow up-
    I did receive an email yesterday that the refund is being processed to my credit card.
    I have heard positive things about mywebwholesaler in the past, so I was just a bit disappointed that my money was held almost a month, then to be told they were not available.
    I do understand things happen though, so I will certainly try again with mywebwholesaler when an offer comes along that I am interested in. No hard feelings here. :)
    Still curious for more feedback from other customers and wondering if anyone from this board did get the Lacoste's and if so where they what you expected?
