I am just getting into selling stuff on ebay and it is going well. I try to find really low minimums (like 10) at a decent price. It works well and I never have to hold much inventory.

If I were to get a group of 4 or 5 smaller buyers like myself, would you sell to us as long as we met 50 pcs minimums? The only thing is, it would have to be shipped to 5 different places.

Let me know what you think.

It might be easier doing this in "bulk buy" terms. Say you get a group of 5 people to buy items. Each person sends their money to the person running the buy (in this instance, you) they also include a small amount for shipping. One person places the order and has it shipped to them. They in turn, ship out each persons items to them (using the shipping money they sent in the first place)

All parties should be familiar with each other as a lot of trust has to go into the person handling the money & merchandise. I have been in several buys like this and it has gone extremely well

Depending on what you are selling or buying from these people I would be willing to go in on 10 pcs of an item with you

I would be interested in shipping off an order of 50 items to 5 differant locations. What in essence you are doing, is forming a rudimentary 'Co Operative' - a collaboration of seperate buyers under one umbrella. Its a tried and proven system where I am from (Australia).

As long as the seperate shipping to each location were paid, I would not have a problem with dealing with you. And regarding Shipping, because of the nature and size of my products, they are very cost effective to ship.

We don't mind shipping to several locations and course seperate shipping to each location should be paid.

So far I have had one person email me and say they were in. For shipping reasons I would prefer everyone be in the States to keep shipping costs down.

My email is michealprater@yahoo.com . My username on ebay is michealprater , I encourage you to checkout my feedback so you know I am trustworthy to deal with.

I would certainly like to buy some stuff from SurplusMasters and I have dealt with Surespeed and she is excellent. I plan on ordering a sample of 3 different types of destroyed jeans from a company named Garment Outlets out of China. You have to order thier jeans in lots of 100, however, they are about 23-25 bucks a pair shipped! If the samples are quality I will get with you guys. I would prefer to work via email and once we get a trusted group we do not have to share our buying secrets with the public. With companys from China, a lot of the time they have to make several small shipments to avoid customs problems, therefore I do not think it would be a problem getting them to dropship to more than one location.

shoot me a email and you ebay username if you are interested.

Id be happy to complete a 50 pieces orders to 5 different people, however since it would be an international order, for shipping purposes it would be cheaper to concentrate shipment to one location and then have the goods shipped internally within the USA via USPS and the overall cost of garments would be lower, i hope this helps

Perhaps you needed to outline the kind of products (apparel) that you were looking for in your initial heading. I am guessing, like myself, quite a few of those that responded to your request have wasted their time responding as we dont sell apparel.

Ok. let's discuss. If someone also a seller on ebay, i doubt if they like to do a group buy with other sellers. It will put him/her in the same shoe. At the end of day, you need to compete to get the customers. Unless you guys can join an agreement that everyone selling at the same price.

Am i worried too much here?

I'm working on a new way of buying. I will order in bulk....direct from Mfg and then sell clothing by lots. These lots are sold to multiple buyers with very small minimum orders. (Maybe Minimums of 25 or so).

Each person buys into the lot, once the lot is sold in full, the deal is done and a 20% deposit is charged to your credit card. Once the order is 3 days from delivery to the buyer, the remaining 80% of purchase price is charged.

You purchase small amounts..and group your orders with other small vendor. This works for small, medium and large buyers.

Once you purchase certain volumes of product, you will be able to order without any money down. I will front the cash to purchase.

The difference from my service to Split Buys is that I'm not planning on having others sell on the website. I'll purchase and sell all the product direct. I have buying power in India, Bangladesh and Thailand.

    Products:
RL, AF, Diesel and many Private label lines that will be of high quality.
I'm really looking for input from you all on whether or not the buyers will be open to private label names with High Quality.

Why to I consider Private Labels ?
I am not in this to sell lies. We all know that the majority of the products out there are fake. I want to custom designer names to the table and show the market better quality for the same prices.

I'll even offer advertising assistance etc.. to the buyers. Posters, flyers etc...to use in your stores to sell sell sell the products.

If I agree to split a buy with people, I will not agree to a set price. I sell on and off ebay. When the vendors post in the for sale section. Several people buy the same product, this is no different. Everyone has different methods of selling. Some times it is best to sit on your product for a month while everyone else sells theirs.

I found a great deal on authentic Lacoste shirts. However to get the phenomenal price you have to order 200. I sent some people PMs, if you are interested drop me a email and I will show you the details.
