I would not use them. Like you I thought the same thing. Quick communication,great prices and selection. They had some shirts that were clearly A&F deer brook polos on their site for a great price. Iorder them and what I got was not what was pictured,the were an A&F polo but looked like for another market. Needless to say I was disappointed,they said sorry, but did nothing to remedy the situation. No offer of sending the product back,no offer of discounts on future orders. I know they list Ezra fitch and other nice products for great prices but I would never buy from them again. Hope this helps. If anyone else reads this and knows a solution to what I encountered please e-mail me back.

Well they have offered a sample. 1 pair of ezra selvage destroyed, 1 pair of ezra signature destroyed and 1 pair of saranac heritage destroyed, all for 98 buck shipped to the states. I figure, I will just order my size, if they are fakes I will just keep them for myself. If they are good, I will order the MOQ. At least you said they will actually send something. I was afraid they may just take my money. Very few places will offer a single sample of any clothing. I thought that was great. I can check out the product with being stuck with 25 pairs.

Let me know how it turns out. The shipping was fast I received the items in less than a week,but it cerrtainly wasn't what was pictured on the website. Embroidery was not the same,price ticket was a different price, didn't have the muscle tag,but came in A&F poly bags w/A&F buttons. I thought about ordering those EF selvage jeans at a high retail if they are real then its a great deal. At one point they had the womens Marla destroyedjeans listed at $13. I thought that it looked liked some folks here n the states were buting from them and then marking them up..keep me updated...good luck...Jack

I had a password and everything for this site and almost ordered from them but I forgot my password when I went back on to order. I emailed them about 3 times to get the info and they never answered. That right there told me that the loss of my info was a blessing b/c if I would have ordered and had problems I probably wouldn't have heard back

Everytime I email the owner with a concern, he answers my email promptly and refers me to one of his assistants. I have not had any trouble with these people...so far.

do not deal w/this company.chk out my previous post the merch. they sent was not what was depicted in the photos slightly different. now I'm stuck w/what may be grade b A & F polo shirts if i recoup half my investmnet i'll be happy..i would stay away,but thats just my opinion...i could be wrong...jack
