Potential eBay problem. What would you do?

Ok, I had 2 questions/lectures on my shipping costs today. Quoted all these reasons why my prices where to high. Anyway, I reviewed this persons feedback and it seems she is obviously a reseller. She has about 9 negatives and a few neutrals as a buyer (no sales) out of like 442 with most of the negatives for trying to weasle out of the shipping costs or not paying the full invoiced amount. All the positives are from people with low posted shipping costs.
Her replys where seller is adding eBay fees in shipping costs, etc, violation of ebay policy, I am turning in Yada Yada Yada.
I have already turned off the option that allowes bidders to alter shipping charges. She has not yet bid on an item, I suspect that she may be trying to set me up.
BTW, I charge $4.99 for single and double disc dvd and discount the shipping 50%. That is a very common price for new dvd on eBay.
I sell very little on eBay, mainly because of things like this. I have been in retail all my life and am not used to dealing with negotiations. Im used to putting a price on it and people either buy it or not.
Would you block her as a bidder or not? -
That should have read, discount 50% for additional dvds

I myself add some cost into my starting price cause the fees are so high...but 4.99 is not bad for a single or double dvd set..even if u pay 9.99 s&h...most dvd's here are 10.50 on up...block her...I had a girl try and scam me after she bought a lot of make up from me...she said all the lipsticks were screwed in the lid...well i put trackers on all my packages...she wasn't home when they tryed to deliver it so 1. it rode in a hot truck all day then she didn't pick it up for 4days so it sat in a hot warehouse for 2....some people will always try and wiggle every cent they think they can get back or not spend at all!!!! jmo!

Block her and forget about it.

If you block her from bidding you won't have to worry about her, I had someone who actually bid but wanted more pics before she paid, she was giving me a hard time about every little thing and when I looked at her fb left for others I saw that she can be evil so I just told her that I didn't have time to take the pics for her I will cancel the auction and that's it, I told her I wouldn't leave fb for her and apologized then blocked her, sometimes you have to do what you have to do

I made the decision to block after she replied to my emails.
She claimed that I was not allowed to factor the delivey confirmation to the customer, that I get my supplies free from the Post Office. This after I told her that I shipped first class.
I have never has a customer complain about shipping charge. I clearly post mine. I did research and most who start auctions as I do at .99 charge this rate (in many cases more).
Disney, Columbia House and BMG all have similar rates and they ship media mail.
