they got nice stuff...no doubt....dont know about authenticity

but once they had Entro dress shirts (which retail for like $300) and they were selling for like $24 or something, that made me suspect.....

but anyways, they are very reputable ;)

I'm also wondering if they are selling authentic gear.
When i browse the site it looks really professional and trustworthy, but hell you never know.

anyone had dealings with them and can give comments on the authenticity of their merchandise?

    thanks

    Robert,

Surplus is a GREAT company to deal with.

    1) Customer Service-Excellent. Not happy with your purchase, fine-return the item(s) for a refund-no questions.

    2) Professionalism- Always responsive, always on top of things...Always professional.

    3) Organization- Surplus is super organized. No BS PayPal Invoices, No shabby record keeping.

    4) Availability- Come on, there are 2 numbers listed ON THE SITE. No shabby recording either...Gio will pick up, or you leave a message and he gets right back to you via phone or email.

5)Helpful- Trust me, these guys are helpful. When I was going through my little situation a couple months ago, everyone turned their backs...Everyone( with the exception of people like jdg613-John, and a couple other loyal customers) but the people at SurplusMasters.

And trust me, I needed all of the help I could get..

    6) Educator- These guys want to do more than sell you merchandise, they want teach you about the business also.

    7) Product- Large selection of authentic product-all backed up by a Money back guarantee. What else do you want/Could you ask for?

    8) Reliability- You can depend on Surplus. PERIOD.

Hands down, he best company I have EVER dealt with.

We could all learn a lot from SurplusMasters.

    Knowledge speaks, Wisdom Listens....

    Learn about it.

    Peace.

I have dealt with Surplus Masters. They are 100% for real, and 100% honest. I just recently received an order of Ralph Lauren men's polos from them and they are the genuine article.

I've seen a lot of junk out there in the past year, and have been ripped off by web sellers more than once, but with these guys you can buy with confidence.

There can always be minor problems even with honest sellers like Surplus. For example, my RL polo order was short by one piece. No problem, a simple email to Gio and I have a credit for my next order, which is already in the system.

Their FAQs are loaded with good information. Don't forget to read all of it. :D

I've purchased 50 Ralph Lauren Oxford shirts to resell on ebay. Items arrived brand new, poly-bagged, and ready to sell. I actually kept one shirt for myself :)

They are definetly trustworthy. They only deal with authentic products, and i have great success with them with my ebay business.

The only bad thing about them is the turnaround time between placing the order and having it at your door could take a month.

I am pretty familiar with this company. I've purchased from them a few times for "fill in" type things for my Ebay business.

Their merchandise is very nice, high quality. In comparing the goods I purchased to those that I know are authentic, there is no difference. I have to believe that they are authentic, 100%! They look good, feel good!

On the few occasions that I did some business with them, they were very nice, very responsive, very helpful. I would have no problem buying from them again.

I was impressed with their responsiveness, their customer service, the attention to my needs. Even though I was not one of their big customers, they treated me as if I was. I really felt good about the transaction.

It's too bad there aren't more companies like this one (and ours!).

Surplus Masters was very helpful. I had several questions for them before I bought, and they answered every one in detail. I had ordered some Abercrombie polo's from them, and after some extra waiting, they arrived. They were all in excellent new condition.

I would recommend Surplus Masters to any one, as they are a great place to buy from. And you should sign up for their mailing list, as they send great specials to you once-in-a-while.

You will probably see more of this in the next few weeks. Surplus Masters sent out an email to their customers stating their intention to start using Wholesale411 as a forum for communication with their customers. That is why newbies are showing up. I joined up today as a result of their customer mailing. I had never heard of this place before today. As more of their customers come on board, you will no doubt see more positive things regarding this company. I was very happy with their service and their product. I'm sure many others are as well.

Well that explains it.. Usually in the past it used to be companies posting feedbacks by themselves.

So what is this? A push by Surplus Masters to shill their company? Something's fishy here. Can't help believe that this is not a coincidence that so many people are coming out in their corner! I'd be suspicious about this thread and how it has turned into a lovefest for Surplus Masters.

The items we ordered were great, I have dealt with other companies and recieved damaged goods so I was a little nervous but when we recieved the package we were happy. We use them for clothing only and use other wholesalers for other items. If you have any questions contact me.

I have also done business w/Surplus Masters and hold them in high regard. After a problem w/an A&F womens shirt order they took care of the matter quickly and w/the utmost professionalism. Needless to say there handling of the situation secured my business for the future.

I think they offer a wide variety of merchandise, much more so than other independent web sellers, but also realize there is more out there to sell than polo,a&f, and it looks like they are moving in different or new direction by offering items such as Paul Smith, Lily Pulitzer,Etro and other lines. I believe their merchandise is 100% authentic as I have no reason to question it. If I ever need to talk to someone when I call Gio is usually the one to pick up and answer my questions,so the service level is high.

So to answer that question, yes buy from Surplus Masters, they will take care of you.

I have dealt with Surplus, I found them to be very helpful and efficient, I have been ripped off a couple of times from so called wholesalers, as I live in the U.K I was very wary, but delivery was just as they said and they kept in touch the whole time, the quality of the goods was also exceptional. I would strongly recommend them to anybody.:D

I am new to buying and re-selling liquidation / overruns / shelf-pull merchandise. I had the good luck to stumble onto Surplus Masters, and I am very glad to have found them after seeing all the posts on this site regarding fakes and scam artists. The folks at Surplus Masters were very easy to work with - they sent me frequent updates regarding the shipping status of my order, and when I had a question and called them (yes, on the telephone) a real person (Gio) answered the phone and answered my question. They shipped my items from overseas via a very reliable shipping service. The size ratios and color mix were excellent, and I will be a repeat customer. And now I have Surplus Masters to thank for telling me about this amazing site!!

I purchased a few items from Surplusmaster and they are really helpful, from the different places that I have purchased they are the only ones that always comes with all tags and price tags which is good when your trying to sell at flea markets or online. the items I purchased were Polo Mesh shirts, Polo Blake Shirts and also Pink Pony Football Tees in Black.

    Grade A company.

Surplus masters was my first wholesaler to deal with and their sample lots are great for beginners. I thought it would be a way to get into it with low risk but there was no risk at all because the Ralph Lauren Ladies Oxford shirts I ordered were great quality and sold easily. The shirts were top quality and I have no reason to believe they are not authentic. I haven't come across any other seller that caters to beginners or low-budget buyers the way surplus masters does.

The staff was really friendly and helpful (especially since I was having trouble sending the money order) and it was a great first buying experience.

I will definitely be ordering from them again. The free shipping options are a rare find and a great saving to someone in Australia!

The difference between Rohit fashions & Surplusmasters is the minimum quantity that has to be purchased.

With Rohit the minimum is 200 pcs & Surplusmasers is 25 pcs. I don't know about you but for somebody just starting 25 pcs is a better amount.

i recently opened a wholesale website based on dropshipping. and i didn't even think they would have time to even talk to me or even blindship.

they respond fast and no problem to dropship.

    no problems whatsoever!

got the pics and descr and now lots of nice merchandise to offer to my new customers and it helps when you are building the business.

anytime i have a question they are willing to help out.

i am looking forward to getting my first sale soon!
