I am so frustrated, I have been searching the internet for days looking for a good wholesaler of electronics. However whenever I think I've found one with decent prices I check E-Bay only to find that it is being sold for less than I could buy it wholesale. I notice alot of websites that have a monthly fee. Is that the way a person has to go to get better prices.. I'm beginning to think this is impossooible if you don't have a connection. ......Any help would be appriciated

LoL, my recommendation, don't bother with electronics, they are a headache!

The only source that is sort of reasonable sometimes is IMASD http://surplus.net/ (be very careful)

I did have another wholesale site at one time for cheap electronics where you could post requests and others could post available units, unfortunately I have lost the link, will have to look.

Now the problems you will encounter are YOU NEED A LOT of buying power OR you will probably encounter a lot of foreign scammers or you will find (as I have) that you have to deal in junk electronics low end / old tech and buy it for pennies from the government and resell lots of it at low prices (I used to do that a lot until the gov auctions in WI sort of dissappeared)

Good Luck, my recommendation would be to start out as a low end junk dealer and move up when you get enough buying power to get real attention. Whats buying power $1mil

If your into PCs a good company to import from and stay away from at the same time (if you know what I mean) is ECS/PCchips, contact them directly if you want cheap mobos.

    Cheers

Head to Asia, especially Hong Kong and source the wholesalers face to face, theres no better option.

Your best bet is to buy pallet lots of electronics and sell them for higher price on ebay. Selling electronics from one source is very hard to make profit margins.

Thats easier said than done, it takes a lot of planning and knowlege of potential sources to begin with to make a trip there worthwhile, unless he plans on buying a group, inspecting and having it shipped, assuming he finds a good source face to face.

Depending on what type of electronics he is looking for it is easier albeit more expensive to go through a foreign company that already has some 3rd party resellers of its products in the US or canada and then working backwords.

EIther way good luck to him, no one is going to hold your hand on this kind of thing.

    Cheers
