Hello at all,
just a short question, in Europe it´s not allow to sell Lacoste online (also not on eBaY, of course).
They also wrote on their officel hp (for the world) that they do not sell online und don´t allow their distributer to do it. only in stores.
So I think most of the people here want to sell their shirts online, right?
So why discuss about? Also if you sale authentic shirts on Ebay etc. If the owner of the brand not allow, you sell illigal! And if they will get you, you will get problems....
Or I´m wrong?
Sorry for my bad English, try my best

My contact who is the distributor for Lacoste Asia says no Lacoste are made in Peru.
There's loads of Indians selling the 'Peruvian' Lacoste on Alibaba.com for as little as $6.40 a piece.
Original Lacoste stuff does not carry the country of manufacture on the garments - ever.emperor_tud wrote:The Peruvian Lacoste are fake. They are fakes made in India.

I highly disagree with this statement.
I go to Lacoste at their retail location in my local high end mall that only has stores like RL, Lacoste, Tiffany & Co, Prada, Escada...
The Lacoste store has about 1/3 of their products that say "Made in Peru" on the label
All shirts say "Designed in France, Made in _______ (Tunisia, Hungary, Peru, France etc)
Look at any local Lacoste store. They will all say the same thing.
I tend to agree with Hermes Lover that different regions of the US have stock of different "Made in _____"
it probably has to do with the distribution agreements with Lacoste factories and Lacoste proper.
Regardless, every Lacoste store has "Designed in France Made in Peru" on at least some styles
even in Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Saks they have these tags.
JMHO based on what I have seen in the retail world.
