    do you have permission from Abercrombie to use their name in this domain or is permission not needed?

    Surprisingly your site is not showing in the top 50 on google for a search for abercrombie wholesale, I thought with that domain name that you would be able to manipulate it into the top 5 no problem, perhaps its not optimised properly at the moment, not a big job really.

    hi it would be in the top 5 if there was a site on the domain name right now its just being forwarded to kytec.com our other site we own. You don't need permission to use the domain name but you can not violate the copyrights or trademarks or intellectual property.

    Abercrombie may not be registered as a trademark, check the USPTO but Abercrombie& Fitch is.
    But if you are selling Abercrombie clothes and use a domain with Abercrombie in it and you are not authorized to do so they can legally take your domain down cause you are selling their trademarked clothes- authorized or not- they can claim dilution.

    Such as in the case of BidBay.com with Ebay-
