I know this guy and he is selling products eBay doesn't approve of. They ban his account like every two weeks and he creates a new one and starts over. I'm not sure how he keeps doing it, so I'm hoping someone does.
When eBay suspends your account, what do they suspend other than the username?
Do they suspend your address, phone number, name, credit card, bank account, or what???
This guy has had probably 15+ names already and is still going strong so he is doing something very creative.

How amny times can you re-register on eBay? 100? 200?

I cannot give you a number or something like that.
In Germany there is a guy, who is tries to sell his VHS Videos every time (recorded from TV). Some guys were cheated by him and everytime they reported him. The accounts he has registerd is more than 270 if I remember correct. The topic has more than 1200 answers (ebay security forum). Everyday he register again.
OT: Quite sure he sells some via "question to the seller" otherwise he had stopped.
