Hi, Any information would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to buy remainder books, books in bulk, wholesale priced. I also sell video games and video game related items and would like to know if anyone knows a reliable source for either of these items. Any and all information is so very much appreciated. Deb

In addition to the books we publish, we are one of the largest purchasers of other publishers' overstock (remainder) titles for resale at significantly reduced prices.  Categories include novels, cookbooks, history, juvenile, fine art, art instruction, how-to craft books,  natural history, gardening, civil war, militaria and much much more.

:) Hi, I just viewed your site. The prices seem a little high, for me to make a profit from them. Can I buy bulk amounts of remainder books. Also do you give any kind of discounts at all? Thanks-Deb

Not my website, but I buy cases from them. I saw lots of books at $4.99. Also saw Clearance pages of 65% and 75% discounts. Maybe you should give them a call, I know they sell to many. They are big. And the minimum order is $200.

    Hi
Textbook sales on eBay (especially on half.com) and Amazon.com have been so profitable!
From my experience, it's about 10-30%!
No inventory…you ship the book when you get the orders.
I am looking for some people interested in textbook sales on above websites, or at your own school which can be more profitable!
Why would I act as a distributor instead of professional seller?
I got a full time job and don't have enough time to package each book mailing out to individual buyers. You can't image package 200 books everyday on hot seasons.
Here is one example you can calculate the profits:
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/offer- ... dition=new

A professional seller listing for $87.75 and I can sell you for $63.
You can still earn about 16% after the commission charge from Amazon.
Mind you, some titles are even more profitable.

    Here is how it works:
I got hundreds of titles and I can provide you a book list with the price I’m willing to offer.
All you have to do is listing them on those sites. And if you get orders, you order from me and I will ship it out immediately. (You’ll get the books in 2-3 days) I will also teach you efficient & cost saving way for shipping and handling.
However, the min order has to be 13 books to keep the profit margin that I mentioned.
Anyone who is interested can email me at: powerdt@comcast.net
    only serious partners please!

I looked at some of these sites, and I would have to agree with Deb, that it would be very hard to make a profit at the prices offered. Some items we can buy retail for cheaper? A lot cheaper!!!

:) Hi, So you are an autioneer, do you have some items I could purchase from you? Also the site has a 300 dollar minimum, I might check it out some more. Do you know if this site is a reputable supplier? Thanks for any and all information. Most appreciated-Deb

I always have items for sale. Here's a good tip for you...a lot of states have "Dealer" auctions. This is a live auction where dealers can go and buy loads of good. I know there is one in Boswell, Indiana. You can buy cases or truckloads. Usually you bid by the piece, say you bid 20 cents on each toy, there might be 100 or 10,000 toys, and you pay that price for each one. You can usually load up a box truck for around $500 dollars.
Also it's good to check your local Auction houses, you never know what pops in each week. One week I might be selling tools, the next week might be art and antiques. I have skids in the back that I sell from, most auctioneers do, sometimes people come in during the day, sometimes I might move the skids up front and sell the whole skid to the highest bidder.
What are you looking for and maybe I can help you find it.
Here is a link to the Boswell, Indiana dealers auction (I have nothing to do with this auction, but I do know one of the Auctioneers)

    Deb,

By chance, do you buy Audio Books? If so, we have a ton of them in stock, mostly unabridged, but there would be some abridged mixed in there. Let me know, thanks.

:) Hi, What is the web address of your site? Also are you registered with the Better Business Bureau? I sometimes buy audio-cassettes, but they don't move very fast. Some textbooks or nice children's illustrated books would be nice and remainder books. I'm looking to greatly expand my inventory this year. Thanks-Deb

    Deb,

To look at our website, please click on the WWW link under the message. We are not registered with the Better Business Bureau at this time, although we hope to do so sometime in the future. I see on the audio books on cassette that they do not tend to move very quick for you. Our website is still under construction at this time and we are constantly adding to it each and every day. Any other questions that you may have, please send a PM and we will do our best to answer them. Thanks.
