Does someone know if this is a safe way to pay? I want to pay by creditcard and the seller only accepts this method.

I have a mastercard, if something went wrong, like fake stuff or no delivery, will I still be able to witdraw my money via Mastercard?

I have used this service very frequently to send funds and it is reliable although they only problem is they do not accept more than $1000 in transactions from UK.

If you have problems in a transaction i think it is possible to do chargeback with your CC, although i would inquire with them before hand to see how they go about it.

The snafu is exactly what Hermes mentions -- this service is not meant for commercial services (we did not realize that until too late). This means that you have very little recourse through them if you do receive fake product, or don't receive product at all.

Coming from the Cash2India terms of Service:

PLEASE NOTE: The PNB Service may not be used to send money to any charitable institutions, businesses or organizations.

This is meant as a transfer of money from person to person only - not for business transactions.

This not true, I've used Cash2India to send over $1000 dollars.

And your CC wont allow a charge back as the service provided and paid for will have been completed wether the goods are genuine or not. Even if un-delivered, as the service is the supply of money to India not the goods your buying (which is in contravention of Cash2India's use policy)

If you DO NOT use cash 2 India in any way and only use your credit card to pay ie issue your CC number for the vendor to withdraw funds

You have 60 days to charge back.
