My site is getting hits but hasn't generated any sales yet. I thought my prices were competitive and I offer a longer warranty than any of the competitors. Do I just need to wait a little longer or am I missing something? The address is in my signature. Thanks.

I think its the homepage it is too dark. Take away the black gothic background it doesn't make me want to go and look further also spice it up with some other pictures of product maybe. I like the other pages except for the black background they are set up well. I am just a concumer though not a website expert.

First you are domain name is not easy to regonize. haha i already forget your domain. The domain name just like the spam mail i alway get in my inbox.

Second, poor site design. Im using ie 6, but looks like the header didn't show properly. You can have a better custom site and logo design with less than $100. Google it. If you serious on your business, you should invest that money. At least make you feel that, you will buy something from your site.

The submitexpress logo and link just get rid of it. The paypal logo remove it. It just increase the load times.

Third, investiate your competitor. See how is the site design.
    like justdeals.com, zipzoomfly.com, newegg

I think you can make a site like justdeals.com and zipzoomfly.com. newegg maybe too complicate for you.

Justdeals.com doing good on their business. They advertise their site on many shopping guide site like fatwallet.com, slickdeals.com, bensbargains.net.

I'm using ie 6 also and it loads properly for me. Anybody else have this problem?

Thanks for the tips. I'm shopping around for a design company.

remember when somebody hits your site they are probably arriving there for the first time, you need to have some short sharp intro telling visitors what you are all about, something to grab them and hold them for a bit, this could lead into links within the text to your offers pages.

At the moment it is not user friendly you need to tell people what you sell, spell it out and get shot of those small photogrpahs on your front page and remove the border from their edges they will look better more professional + they should be larger and there should be more of them, not too big though that they will slow the page loading. You should also make sure that the site is not loading using default font, put everything in your favourite font or tahoma, arial or whatever that will improve presentation.

Also the most prominent link on your front page is to your bulletin board, ou don't sell in there so don't send your vsitors there. Put it somewhere less conspicuous. your current design is also to like a page of text split it up' look at other sites how they make their page more attractive by using different page layouts. Your statement under your title is not prominent enough either also are you sure you can live up to it, it's a pretty big claim.

I hope some of that is of some use to you, apologies if it sounds all critical I mean to be constructive.

When I first visit a web site and am somewhat uncertain about the proprietor, I go to the "About Us" page. The statement you currently have on that page is not one that generates trust and a sense of professionalism to my mind. PM me if you like and I would be glad to discuss how you might improve the look and tone of that page.

As for eCommerce strategy, I'm off to follow the like ArtBroker left.

I checked out your site and it seems a little dull. I agree that it looks unprofessional. Just be careful of those spelling mistakes it could cost you future sales. Compare your site to my site and you'll see a big difference.

If your main site doesn't generate sales, try putting your items on other sites. There are tons of free classified sites that you could advertise on. Spread out and you'll reach more people. I offer a place where you could advertise for free on my site.
