Why would Trinity who has a good rep on this board become a moderator for a person who is listed as a scammer?

Maybe because it's too soon to publish the scamlist and put people there only according to dislikes?

    Maddy,

Why not? Mike is not a moderator "for a person". He is a moderator of the Forum that may be hosted by Gr8deelz site, but is still a Forum where people come to talk.
I think it is hard to suspect I may be sympathetic to Gr8deelz, but Mike being a moderator has nothing to do with Gr8deelz business, as long as that forum remains free to express any opinion. And it does yet, given that nobody has deleted even my posts from there, and other negative posts about the owners of that site.
Maybe, Mike is just interested in public relations, kind of.

I agree with Julia, what does being a moderator have to do with who owns the company? Mike stepped up to the plate to become a moderator cause he thought he could provide help to new people signing up on that forum, i dont think anything else should be read into that!

Personally, from a PR standpoint, associating yourself with a less-than-reputable company may not be smart in the long run. Even if there is no business relationship, to those who don't know it will tarnish Mike's hard-earned reputation when they see him running the forums at Gr8deelz.

    My 2 pennies.

However, I must admit that I did receive my refund from Gr8deelz after 6 weeks, so I am breathing a sigh of relief. I won't be ordering from them again because of their lack of professionalism and horrible customer service. But they didn't steal my money, like I expected them to after reading these stories.

I must admit that I took the job because I wanted to give all companies out there a fair shake. However I dont know the people who own the site and didnt know about the contravercy surrounding them until I did some research. In hind site I dont think it was a wise decision because i knew people would associate me with this company who in all honesty is having some problems. I will be resigning my moderators job there because I think the site was just a PR move and was never intended to help wholeslaers or customers. The admin has done nothing with the site since its inseption and that is not my style. Frank i guess i have to eat crow my friend.

    Thanks,Mike

That forum won't last long IMO, who in their right mind puts a forum on their site then allows posters to run their company to the lowest, great PR job by gr8deelz,

"Here's my site, oh by the way before you buy from us read all these horror stories that have happened to our previous customers, you're gonna be next"

What a joke, maybe it's the last throw of the dice.
