Hello guys,
Just wanna ask you any of you deal with Iwanttobuy ?
I've try to ignore this guy, but his level of stupidity is very anoying for me.
Start from he file charge to Tacobell who ask you 99 cents extra if you pay with card,
Then he start complaining about if Buyer has to pay paypal charge,
Then he start to accuse that Abercrombie doesn't have any screen printed product, and said that his Girl work as a manager .. bla bla bla ...
while he doesn't know exactly what's happening in A&F, he act like a stupido who knows everything... this is very anoying ...
And he start to talk about paypal policy bla bla bla ... it is very anoying for me. I just wanna ask your opinion .. probably one of you guys ever deal with this guy ?
I'm trying to be patient, but now it's over the limit ... it is very very anoying when someone who actually don't know anything act like he's the Man ... well I guess I'll let you guys talk now ... -
If you could, please start posting with some sense and spelling and grammar etiquette.
Once you can obtain this and begin speaking better than a 3rd grade level come on back anytime.
And I understand you are upset with your attempting to sell to me and violate your Paypal agreement. Did you lose your account yet?
Thanks -
Ussually the buyer is responsible for the 3% paypal charge in this wholeale business...and most sellers agree with this.

hehehehe
Paypal said it's OK ? what will you said dude ? -

What will I said? Make some sense "dude".
Even on very short sentences you still cannot use proper English language structure.
Do you even have any clients? Probably not. And Paypal told me that it is in fact against there policy to charge buyers for that 3%. And yes they said they are investigating your account "dude".
Go ahead and lie to others on this board. -
I know its againts 'policy', but its almost a de facto standard now for sellers to charge the 3% fee surcharge (from ebay sellers to wholesalers).
For some, its should be considered a privallege that Paypal is offered. -
zhenjie...i totally agree.....most sellers will charge the 3% paypal fee to the buyer for the luxury of accepting paypal.

I know people do this and to some extents I can see pros as to why they do this but what I have been getting at was that you cannot charge someone more just to use one payment method over another. It is illegal and is called discrimination, and most people do not realize this. This bombu guy has been trying to take this into something much more than it is because I did nor buy from him on his deal because he wanted to charge me for to accept payment via Paypal versus a money order and I felt cheated, money is money one way or the other and I told him how it was unethical and bad business practices, not to mention discrimination to charge this and say this to people. he went off on it from there. So now I did inform Paypal of what he is doing and sent them his email to me regarding the extra charge to use Paypal. they said they are looking into the matter and will email me if needed. They said most likely they will issue a warning and note it and if he gets another complaint regarding the misuse of their policies they will suspend his account. -

That's horrible man. He can do what he likes. If he doesn't want to use paypal, he shouldn't have to. Most sellers can make their money without paypal, and them using it is just a luxury to the buyer. If he didn't say he charged 3% for paypal he'd just add it into his price. There's no difference. If he wanted he could charge a certain amount and say buyers who choose to use payment methods other than paypal get a 3% discount. That way it would be safe under paypals terms. You just need to get over the 3% charge...it's only 3%. -

Another moron that misses my whole point of my post. -
To Iwanttobuy,
I'm telling the truth dude ... Paypal doesn't do anything to me.
And I think they have more important stuff to do than this.
This is just the matter of what method you use to charge the 3%. So I think smart people will understand it.
I'm not sure how to explain it with a people which is not so smart. -
To add the paypal charges on to any wholesale detail is well acceptable by the vast majority of buyers as most people appreciate that wholesalers work on lower margins.
If a buyer cannot accept that he should wire the cash, you pay your money and you takes your chances or you move on.
For the buyer to then go and snitch to paypal about the wholesaler is childish and unprofessional, if I were the seller I would put out a warning to all wholesalers about the buyer and his approach to business and the retaliatory way he attacks businesses when he doesn't get to do things his way.
However, I disagree that ebay sellers should add on the extras and I'm pretty sure it is against ebay rules, I remember reading about it a while back. So if you sell on ebay and add on paypal charges beware the snitch might turn you in.

Isn't there a simple solution to this? If Iwanttobuy doesn't like it then don't do business with him. Just my observation I don't mean to offend anyone.
-
To Nocturnal,

SELLER ALERT!!!! -
Windy City Inc. wrote:I was just wondering if you could get around this 3% PayPal thing buy including it as part of the Handling in Shipping& Handling? Please let me know.
Thats what most sellers do who understand their own merchant account agreements. I have no problems with this because they are doing it ethically and legally and in a non-discriminating manner. You just add the 3% of the total item amount into the shipping and handling charge-this is legit.
To tell someone-oh by the way, if you want to use Paypal, you will have to pay 3% more because your money is different through Paypal instead of any other method. That is wrong and not only is it against your very own merchant agreement, but it is considered a form of discrimination.
I know there is plenty of you on here who disagree but you are living in a world today where doing this can lead to legal actions down the road. All I originally meant when I questioned a few sellers about there practices was only to inform them of the law and the possibility of potential lawsuits and legal headaches.
But some sellers take it personally, respond on this board about me-not knowing how to spell or speak proper language (ie: bombu), and try to bandwagon against someone who only offered a fair warning to them because they do not know the legalities involved in becoming a seller and dealing with customers. -

Have we ever done business before? Answer honestly now...
No I don't think so, so you can not pass judgement on me.
What a great seller you seem to be, eliminating potential buyers before they even come around to purchase...wow...you will go far in this world.
I never even did business with that dishonest seller bombu, yet he posts about what a bad buyer I am only because I pointed out his unethical and dishonest ways. I can only assume you may be the same type of person.
