Can anyone please provide basic wholesale pricing for Zathan 772's or 770? I am working with an Italian distributor and am interested in understanding ballpark figures for those who have dealt with Diesel jeans.

    Thanks!

According to Dave C, he obtains them from a piggyback order at roughly USD$75-80. I would say that is about right, as Dieselofmiami (ebay seller) has then BIN prices ~USD$100.

Sourcing them from Italy direct, I would say it would be considerably cheaper.

Zhenjie is correct. My jeans are purchased from a wholesaler who gets them from a store. I believe that the wholesaler purchases them at about $65 and then sells them to me between $75-$80.

I also got a post from one of my members that stated that he got 200 pairs of Diesels from their montreal office and paid $70 a pair for them.

Speaking of actual prices. Can anybody inform us of the actual prices of Seven jeans. That would be appreciated.

    Hope this helps.

    Rock on.

    Hi there,
Normal price on official stores is 185 EUROS.
Wholesale prices varies with the quality you purchase. "PRIMETTA", or second choice quality is sold at 45-50 EUR, while first choice quality is around 70-72 EUR.
In fact, here in Europe, we are facing a new problem. DIESEL is going to radically chance the way they sell to "grey market". In a few months, it will be impossible to buy SURPLUS or OVERSTOCK from then, as we usually did before. They say they will only accept orders from 'pre-qualified' companies and for min quantities of 8000 pcs. But it will only be first choice.
We must know some things about DIESEL in EUROPE. They currently have 2 millions jeans for overstock market ! It's a lot of money for them and there are only three or four companies in Europe able to buy very high volumes. One is in DENMARK, the next two ones are in FRANCE.
But the quality of these jeans is VERY VERY poor ! (I really don't understand how can DIESEL produce such amount of "!@#$"!!!)
What I'm trying to explain to you is that when you want to buy wholesale ZATHAN 772 in Europe (and for sure in USA, as the Danish wholesaler has good customers in LONG ISLAND), the first question you have to ask you is "AM I BUYING FIRST CHOICE OR "PRIMETTA" QUALITY?"
The second question could be " IS MY COMPANY BIG ENOUGH TO ORDER 8000 PCS FIRST CHOICE QUALITY DIRECTLY TO DIESEL WITH A FIRMED CONTRACT ?"

That's interesting you say the quality is poor do you mean they are manufactured from second rate denim, I wouldn't imagine so.

I worked for a denim manufacturer a few years ago I wouldn't imagine the amount of seconds produced by poor workmanship is very high/

possibility is that there are jeans classified as you say due to accidents in the washing procedure, that was always a bit hit and miss although i would imagine it has advanced since I was involved.

So what do you reckon diesel are going to do with all their surplus stock from now? Are they only going to manufacture to order? That's a bit risky for them and I would imagine would mean a reduction in sales due to longer lead times.

I've been quoted 80 Euros for similar styles to zathan. thats about $100

The prices quoted to me were between 59-65Euros. Sounds like it is right on par with the discussion here.

    Thanks for the feedback.
