I would like to share some experience with this guy on this forum.
I had ordered 25 pcs from this guy of RL Blakes and i must say he (David Harper) was extremely difficult to get any reply / follow up from after payment.

I was told that the shipment will be sent from within the US and that it will take about 5 days to reach me by TNT courier(i am in the UK).It has been now 9 days exactly since i paid him and he has not bothered to respond to my repeated emails about whether the goods have been shipped.I dont have the tracking number either .

I will not file a complaint against this seller on paypal and hope to recover my money from him.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY

Buyer will rip me off as there is no paypal protection for out of country buyers. And then will get there shirts. And I will lose all. Not them. But yet I will still get the bad name.

    kkarak,
i think you have to be patient. 9 Days is not very long. he said delivery time is 2 weeks. I have ordered 25 pieces of RL LS polos from him he said it has been shipped so i am expecting the delivery this week.

But I think you are really unfair by filing a report on Paypal after ONLY 9 days after payment. You are unpatient and I suggest you wait before you get your order rather than filing.

doesn't matter, he's gotta wait one more day, paypal is a 10 days.

It is still unfair filing a report only after 9 days when you know your item is being dropshipping from an international location (probably India). I guess some people are just unpatient......

ya buddy, give the guy a chance to deliver on his promise......at least 2 weeks if not 3 weeks. That's why I don't accept paypal from international buyers.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I can no longer take overseas orders. This UK buyer started paypal claim and now I must try to stop shipment which probably won't happen.

Moviecritique...do you think that MAYBE all of this could have possibly been avoided if you had simply answered his emails in a timely fashion..or at all?
When people put out money for product they do like to kind of "stay in touch" till the deal is done (they have their items).

So just my humble 2 cents worth: next time, just answer some emails.

Rosa I answered every email. Even emailed them back and forth about 5 times yesterday. This buyer bought something that had a deadline that was less than 2 weeks and so since they lost there sale after 10 days, they figure, screw the seller, I can't do anything with it.

i guess some people are outrigt liars and fraud ..

i have it in email - his own email that he will be sending the shhirts direct from the US and via TNT - which is why ordered - i would never have ordered from him if i had know he dropships !!

even if he dropships doesnt he get a tracking number if he says good have been shipped ? either the goods have not been shipped or they are being sent personally by a messenger yeah ?

I`m from the U.K i visit Thailand a lot and if i use a service like E.M.S shipping to the states takes only about 4 days! I sent 10 watches to U.K from Thailand(Bangkok) took only 2 days!
BUT! i have sent things to people and it has taken about 3 weeks to turn up! My advise is to always ask for a tracking number, as a seller i always answer emails if only to put peoples minds at rest that they havnt thrown their money away!

FTC says 30 days in US unless you state on site (or infomercial) that it is 6-8 weeks.

Here is the link to the FTC (the FTC recently published a guide for online advertising called Dot Com Disclosures).
    http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/dotcom/

If a seller cannot ship goods ordered by mail, telephone, or computer within the time promised (or otherwise 30 days), the seller must inform consumers of the delay and give them the option to agree to the delay or cancel the order and get a refund.

    Where a refund is made pursuant to paragraph (e) (1) or (2) (iii) of this section, a refund sent to the buyer by first class mail within seven (7) working days of the date on which the buyer's right to refund vests under the provisions of this part;
