Why do you want to get back on ebay so bad if they've kicked you off 4 times already???
I know, I know...5th time is a charm, right?
How do we know that you are not some crook ripping people off? THIS IS MOST LIKELY THE CASE. Why would we help you? If we did, would we then be accomplices (sp?) to your crime? ANSWER: YES

Cool ya jets. There is a reason for the lack of response. Think about it, if it's not too much to ask, of course. -
Webcertificate is still there
Are you going to
http://www.webcertificate.com?

I find it hard to believe that Webcertificate took your money. Did you try calling the 800#? - its right on the home page. I just sent a gift certificate to my nephew for his birthday, I had a little problem at first and I called the 800 number and they helped me immediately.
Things do happen but I have to say that they are a reputable company and I find it hard to believe that they would just take your money.
If I were you and I emailed them and didnt get an answer, I would be calling that 800# -

That news is over 3 years old!!
Like I said they are still around and are a very reputable company - its funny when I read that hacking story, how ticked off the hacker must have been to find out that he only had webcertificate numbers instead of credit card numbers
