    Somehow, I don't think selling Wholesale on Ebay will ever take off.

    One's buying and selling histories up to three (3) months is public unless one makes this private. Thus, everyone can see what one bought product for and what one is selling that SAME merch for, Therefore. the types of profit margin are readliy calculable and likely to provoke resentment in the end-buyer.

    I have concluded that if I bought Wholesale lots on Ebay and then turned around and tried to sell individually that same merch, I would be barraged with e-mail from buyers saying "I was interested in your auction for XXXX, but I see that you bought it for $$$$$$.$$ and with shipping I can offer you this (shipping plus whay each unit price is), but not what your auction researve or "Buy it Now" is asking.

    The two fundemental principles to the retail business are: 1) keeping the wholesale price mum from the retail buyer so that the retailer can not compare the profit margin, and 2) keeping one's wholesale sources to oneslef. Buying Wholesale and then selling that same merch retail on Ebay violates both these essential laws of the wholesale-retail dynamic.

    I wouldn't touch it!

    Why?

    Look at eBay auction (The seller who sold the Xbox got a complaint)

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 2919708592

    He sold a none working printer and didn't refund the money. He rated it as 2 stars which means the following on his scale.

    OK
    ->Visible Wear, May have
    Scratches, Dents or Dings.
    As Is

    He should of given it 1 star which means:

    AS IS
    -> Sold as Nonfunctioning,
    Can be used for parts. May or may not be fixable.

    BUYER BEWARE !!!

    Always check a persons feedback.

    I can't wait to see the feedback on the Xboxes.

    Yeah, you would have to sell each one for over 100 bucks to even make a profit.
    And even if one of them is broken, you are out money. :(
    And yeah, i wonder what kind of feedback this guy will get for the xboxes.

    Well, I just signed up to these forums but I have been lurking for a while now and thought I would speak up.

    Why does everyone think eBay is the answer to everything? I'm new to this wholesale game (about 3 weeks) but already I have made over 400.00 dropshipping alone. I know that's not much, but I am a college student that can pay for my books now and put groceries in my fridge

    Try other markets both online and off. One example that I have done is just last week I went to a flea market that we have here in Georgia (The biggest) I handed out fliers and self made catalogs to the vendors and guess what? My phone is ringing and my email is full. Something like this may seem dumb to some people but I made some nice pocket change so far so why not think about what I am saying? There are so many ways to go about this.

    See ya,

    WOW! You are dumb enough to copy and paste the EXACT same thing, word for word that I posted here:http://www.wholesale411.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=1321 Not a big deal, just shows that you can't come up with anything intelligent to say yourself. Next time, Give credit to the person who wrote it.
