I have a competitor in the jewelry business that has begun selling handbags, LV, Coach, Prada. The LV look very real with id tag, serial number. She's selling for $90.00. Buys her bags from Alabama. Customers know they are knockoffs. Is this illegal? I want to know because I thought about starting with a few but don't want to get into any trouble. What is the actual law?

Knockoffs or even authentic merchandise without papers can still get you in trouble
