Are you talking about cheap fake stuff?
-
You should really reword this to 'what things are cheap in China'.
-
thanks for you help on this jeesh can't get answers around here..and this is the best wholesale forum

You seem to be very impatient. You only posted this message yesterday.
Now, are you looking to buy inexpensive products from China. Or, are you looking for inexpensive goods to sell to the Chinese? -
perhaps your question is too vague.
Most people suggest that when you want to sell something - invest in a product that you know, and therefore can sell it.
It's difficult when you put it such as - i want to buy cheap stuff from china and sell it on eBay.
I mean you could get offers for all sorts of things, watches, sunglasses, tupperwear, jewellery, flea spray...etc - you get the idea. There are lots of things you can sell!
Find out what you want to sell first and then come back and ask if anybody can help you with supplies

I want to start buying from China (got a connection)

Much too vague of a question my friend. EVERYTHING sells for a lot more in the U.S. You could buy rice, beef jerky, condoms, dildos, LCD screens, the list goes on and on.
You'll get the highest margins with a product YOU believe in, not what someone body else tells you is 'the next best thing'. -
flgatorsin05, you seem to be more interested in making a fast buck than providing the market with something of value. This is the key to success in dropshipping, not buying cheap products from China and dumping them on the US market.

Hey i'm kinda new at the whole sale game could any one tell me how to get items from china, like how to get a product list or something and would i be able to ship to U.S. then sell?
(I don't have a lot of money I know I should have like thousands of dollars but i don't...Im actually a kid still going to school trying to make a few bucks selling on ebay and what not.) -

LOL, and where exactly do you think a lot of the dropshipped items come from?
Zhenjie is right, virtually EVERYTHING sells for more here in the US than in China. The key is to know your product. Pick something that YOU are well familiar with, research the demand for it, and determine whether you can make a profit from it.
Buying from China is not an easy process (or from anywhere overseas for that matter). It is risky. We've lost over $10k in products never delivered and at least that much in products badly made (even though the sample they gave us was excellent) and unsellable. You have to expect to lose money in the process (but hopefully, make a profit overall). -
Ok its to vague this will help
stuff that sells on ebay... that i can make profit selling on ebay.. -

I am not arguing with the point that things ARE more expensive in the USA. Most people DO NOT research their product or their market and as a result the market is awash with cheap Asian imports. Have a look at some of the garbage that people are trying to flog on eBay or on their websites, stuff like minature waterfalls and cheap ornaments. Most of this stuff is so tacky. The world is full of warehouses of this kind of garbage that is NEVER going to sell, not today or any time in the future. It doesn't matter how cheap you try to sell it.Buying from China is not an easy process (or from anywhere overseas for that matter). It is risky. You obviously did not heed your own advice above. If I lost that amount of money I would seriously question my business ability. You have to expect to lose money in the process (but hopefully, make a profit overall).
Hopefully make a profit? Do you run a business or is it just an expensive hobby?

I recommend you go buy a few 'wholesale' list, try at least 5 of them and see what sells.
but in seriousness. Why dont you try looking at ebays most popular searched and bidded items page. There is a whole sub-section of ebay dedicated to this sort of thing. They even rank it all for you. Or do you want us to do that research for you too? -
Im talking what are good items you can buy in China then sell on ebay
