Does anyone know of any Remainder book sales companies that don't compete with the customers that buy books from them?
Each time I find a source for remainder books it turns out that they're either competeing with me or keeping the best sellers for themselves or both!
On another note, being somewhat new to the book business I can't figure out how anyone does business with the major book sellers, ie: Baker and Taylor, Koen, etc. Even with the discounts they allow there doesn't appear to be room for profitability.
If anyone can fill me in I would be very grateful. Rob
