I have bought fakes before and i do not want to continue to buy fakes or allow anyone else to buy fakes.
This is why i want gurty banned.
I also have a convo with him threating to take me to court if anyone is interested.

He clams his products are real. The pictures he sent me are of fake items and they arent even taken by him.
Coincidently he also stole a picture from one of my ebay auctions and used it for his own auction.
I can prove this because I have the original FULL size picture taken from my digital camera. -

I would just like to point out that Gurty9984 is indeed right about the new lacoste shirts coming without the second hang tag. I just ordered a few from neiman marcus and they did come with only 1 tag. I think Mr. mltsao is very immature and I would be extremely frustrated if I was Gurty as well. Gurty sent me his contacts and all 10 people I checked with said the products were in fact real and they love them. These are people who purchase high volume as well, and said they have been doing business with him for very long. I am even going to buy some shirts from him based on the reviews. take care and hang in there gurty

I am new on the site but have been watching it for months. I bought Lacoste from Ravi (if you have heard of him) and they were fake. Now I am using Gurty. I just bought 100 Lacoste from him a couple weeks ago and they will be here probably tomorrow. I will let you know the quality.
I found out about him though the site and am not a friend or anything. I have been skeptical but decided to try him out. He has been good with communication and so I am hoping he is telling the truth. I will reply again when I can see how they are..... wish me luck!! -

First of all, thanks for u guys sharing their experience with this dude, I finally believed I should say something since he refused me the order, and I believe its about time to post my experience.
Since June 28th, I found out this dude (gurty) from the forum, and he doesn't have any comments/complains from other users, I started to contact him for what he said, could provide 100%Authentic Lacoste polo shirts w/ paperworks (both made in France and Peru). After serveral emails back and forth, I decided to order 100 france made and 50 Peru made Men's Lacoste Polo shirts. After I made the payment, and waited for the time that he promised me (10-14 days at most), I decided to contact him and find out the status. Not online in AIM, so I decided to email him. He popup in AIM, so I msg him for the status, he said they should be arrived sometime next week(alright, another week). A week passed, he msg me and said that he had no idea why the shirts went to his warehouse but not directly to me. He said he would ship them to me right away and I should have them in 2 days the earlist cause his warehouse in Jersey.
After 2 days, my wife called me and said there were 3 boxes arrived (since I wasn't off work yet). But, what a surpise. 3 boxes of RALPH LAUREN Polo shirts. RL polo, WTF is going on here?! I emailed him right away and find out what's up with that. His reaction was "surprised" as well. He told me there was a mistake made by his shipping department, and he didn't know anything about that.
I asked for a refund or re-order and I ship the RL polos back to him, but he refused to take the RL polos and saying "shipping back to him doesn't do any help at all". He tried to convince me to take the RL polos and reimburse the difference. But again, he never refund the money and just make me wait and wait. I decided to dispute the charge and luckily, I paid by this transaction using the credit card thru PayPal, and I already notify my credit card company for the dispute. So thats my first order.
My second order was 100 ladies lacoste shirts. As expected, the shirts never came. Last week, he told me for some reason, the first 50pcs came to his warehouse again, such a conincidence. And he told me that he would ship them to me in 2 days (that was last week 7/27). Today, I got his AIM message saying that he doesn't want to send me the ladies shirts and doesn't want to do business with me again. Once again, the shirts never came.
These transactions were made in 7/1 (1st order) and 7/8 (2nd order), but after a month of waiting, nothing came but 3 boxes of FREAKING RL polo shirts that I didn't order.
If you guys plan to order from him, good luck and if you paid him already, gather some transaction copied and the emails that you had with him for later use if you need to file for dispute.

If anyone is really going to deal with this guy, you might as well take your money and flush it down the toilet... There is no way anyone would want to go into business with this guy after all of these negative conotations and untrustfull business tacticts...
I e-mailed this guy and asked to buy some lacost shirts and asked for a few references...So, I e-mailed the references and asked how there experiences went. They all three quickly e-mailed me back and praised how good he was and that they are buying more next week, etc...It was so unrealistic that it just made me laugh at these e-mails..I even got one back from themayorofgville, which was his paypal account....Pretending to be a customer of his who ordered before in the past.
I don't know if this guy really sends out shirts or not, all I am trying to say is that not one person in this forum has actually gotten any merchandise and he uses unethical business practices....Enough said -
Just got a message from Logan, saying he would refund my $1500 ladies lacoste cost within this week. I already notified my lawyer and he told me to wait for this week and see what happen before I file the case. He said my case should have no problem, I should get my money back. Anyway, I will wait and see how it goes, whether he really refund or not, I will keep everyone post by the next week.

Hello again everyone in the 411 Forum. Well, the saga continued with Gurty9984 after my posting below:

After Gurty responded to my post, he promptly contacted Paypal and submitted a fraud reversal on the refund to me. Just FYI, if you request a refund from a seller via Paypal and receive a refund from a different account from which you made the original payment, the seller can submit a fraud protection alert on your refund, and you LOSE REFUND.
Example: My payment paid $825 to Paypal address Gator4less, refunded by Logan G. from a different Paypal account Joshh G**d (I'm blocking his name, because I don't want to list peoples names on this forum). At this point, I thought the saga was over, however, Logan then had his buddy joshh g**d submits a fraudulent funds claim with Paypal to reverse the refund given to me. This is a hole in dealing with Paypal which was clearly exposed. In the future, make sure that you are refunded from the same account which you originally paid too.
In any case, Paypal reversed my refund, and submitted it back to the joshh g**d Paypal account. Now at this point, Logan and his buddy Josh G**d made a very big mistake! They sincerely messed with the wrong company, because we won't stand ideally and let these college kids attempt to fraud us out of $825. Paypal eventually returned the funds back to my account, yesterday, after 1 week of wasted time in submitting documentation to Paypal regarding our transaction and connecting the 2 individuals. So the long in short is I finally got my money back!!
Now I told Logan C***y G. that our corporate attorney wanted a shot at him, and he shouldn't mess around with a compnay that has resources, but he obviously didn't take my advice. Now, I could tell you at this point that Logan G. and Josh S**h G. are student's at Indiana University. Or, I could tell you there home address's in the up-scale in Morgansville, New Jersey, birthdate (Sept.), home address, Synagogue (Jewish Temple), former address at Indiana University (as these clowns are on summer break) but I'd rather leave this info for people whom need to seek legal counsel against Logan and Josh.

By the way, FYI, I graudated from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1997. Maybe I'll run into you guys at Kilroy's, Nick's or Upstairs Pub when I come back for the IU basketball season (I'm a season ticket holder in California). -

Hope you know that an eBay userid that purchased an RL shirt from you works for VERO. Your auctions will probably be pulled very shortly if they are not authentic. Don't complain about someone trying to sell you non-authentic goods when you turn around and sell them on eBay. -
If you got RL Polo's from gurty that were made in the phillipines - they were most likely from me. Don't worry about those if thats the case. They're not fake.

Have you seen the product to determine its fake?
There are fakes on ebay - thats for sure. Is mltsao selling fakes? If they're from the stock that Gurty gave him, and not Ravi's stock, then no he is not selling fakes. I have authenticated them. They're 100% not fake.
Vero is like God on ebay. They can pretty much do anything they want. If you're on ebay as a seller - and you have some competition, go complain to vero. Watch what happens to that seller.
