    Im not sure. I bought this online & I['m up to my eyebrows in it. I sold a right good amount, but still have tons left. It has really good colors. But the quality is still quite good!

    Just seems to me I've seen what you described above as an end-cap for dollar stores. That would mean item costs in the .50 to .69 range. If you can sell for $ 3.00, you are making a killing.
