Hi There,
How can one protect oneself against frudulent WHOLESALERS?
For example, how does one get one's money back after one has wired a transfer for product that was never sent?
How long should one wait to receive product?
How long should a refund take?
Any tips or links to info would be appreciated.

When purchasing off a wholesaler you are new to and who may even remotely seem shady, you need to use a credit card. If they do not accept a credit card, then perhaps you need to find a wholesaler taht you are more comfortable with and that does accept a credit card.
As far as I know, only a credit card can help you in a case like this. You have 60 dyas to dispute a charge that was made on your card. You need to provide or credit card company with p a story and proof you have been defrauded or at least you did not get what you paid for. if you can prove everything, you will win the dispute and get you money back. i have filed 18 disputes over the years and I hav ewone one of them.
