it is still good to have some website for selling or promoting the products. you can get a cart like oscommerce or CRE Loaded to sell products directly. it will allow your list posts and other marketing to just send people to this site to purchase and view the products. you could also just have a simple blog or content page to send people back to, like an online business card.

Hey

What kind of wholesale clothing are you talking about? If it's brands like Lacoste and Ralph Lauren, I can guarantee you, you won't find many places to sell it on the internet anymore. Since it is impossible to get such brands with authentic clothing, they are cracking down on counterfeit shirts. Especially on ebay.

Why not just create a website? You may be able to take that $200 that you would pay liquidation and pay someone to put together a small website for you to start out ???

I tried to advertise on wholesale411 but it's not allowed. I listed on the wholesale lots section of gowholesale.com. it was approved and my account was charged however I couldn't find it on the website and when I called they said that they discontinued this section and will be reimbursement. I don't have a website so that I can do the pay per click. I was thinking of using liquidation.com but they start very low and i'm afraid that I might be in a big loss if I list it with them because they also charge a minium of $200 fees which I find is high. Eaby is a mess so I don't want to go there. Please help me. Thanks

List them on Jane's B2B Wholesale Site. There are no upfront fees to list like Ebay.

We take a back-end fee after delivery.

So.... if you don't sell anything, you don't pay. In addition, Janesdeals is ranked in all the search engines under closeouts, apparel and jeans. We also drive qualified buyers directly to your listing. We pay for the pay per click fees and advertise globally.

More About Janesdeals.com:
http://www.janesdeals.com/howitworks.asp

Mico - I agree with your ideas...great cheap way to do things

here are some more...
You have a lot of options still.

Especially if you can offer genuine product, you might do well responding to want ads
it takes more time than listing a for sale ad and requires frequent follow-up but
works and there is no fee just to reply to people that you see that are looking for the products
you have to offer.

A last option might be the slightly better fees that are on auctions.overstock.com
it is still an auction site but not as "shady" as Ebay and not as "risky" as a seller or buyer.
I find that buying on that site makes me feel safer than Ebay ever did.

--All just my opinion.

Kind regard,
Grace

Maybe you can make out some brochures of your products and send them your potential customer, or you can put this brochures in the entrance of subway.

Do you think this is a good idea.
