I wonder what the limitations are for the use of the name "Abercrombie" i understand perfectly that if i use the name Abercrombie and Fitch then there would be a violation... but Abercrombie only? mmm... it is a common family name.. you can find tons of Abercrombies if you take a look to the phone directory.. what would you think if instrad of Abercrombie you have Robinson or Smith??

Hi Eduardo, I also agree with you that it is probably a pretty good item quality wise. Maybe the company should work on producing some "Abercrumbie" items? No violations there.

Not only have I worked for Abercrombie corporate, I have also been wearing their brand for the last 6 years. I consider myself extremely experienced with AF, Hollister, and AF kids. The way the letters are stitched on the hoodie especially next to the zipper is something we would never do. Also from the KIDS line (if you look at the tag, its clearly an AF kids tag), we would never put the letters in all uppercase. Lastly, the quality looks questionable and after knowing the brand for the last 6 years, I can clearly say that looks wrong. We have never had a problem with fake merchandise until maybe a year ago. I was personally shocked, but it's so popular in Asia that it was selling for decent $$.

Hello guys i want to appeal to your expertise in Abercrombie jackets and hoodies so you can tell me if the product i am presenting right now is fake or not.
I bought it in a local shopping mall at a too-good-to-be-true price (around $19) the fabric is really good, the quality of the product is also great, however i have never seen before that kind of label (well i have never worked with Abercrombie jackets, just tshirts and polos) and i have also noticed that the place of origin and fabric composition tag was carefully removed. Anyone could tell me if the product is fake or not and if its not a fake to what season/year it belongs to?
Best regards

Eduardo
