I am using PAYPAL Website Payments Pro. I like it. Your Customers do not need to have a paypal account to pay via credit card. and you can accept all major CC cards. This is good because you do not need to set up different merchant accounts for each card.

Master card and Visa one mechant account. Amex, Discover.

and Most shopping cart will intergrate fairly easily with PAYPAL.

I have used others and find this to be the best solution for me.
